As the media is being taken over by news about the COVID-19 ("Coronavirus") outbreak. It has become a difficult time for those who struggle with anxiety.
There is a lot of information on preventing further spread of the outbreak (such as washing your hands to the tune of 'Happy Birthday') but far less on protecting your mind from the outbreak of fear that has come with this virus.
